We are an independently owned, family run, small animal veterinary clinic based in Guildford. We provide the highest standard of veterinary care in a professional and friendly environment.
Here at The Guildford Vet, we understand and value the relationship you have with your pets. Lead veterinary surgeon Rob, and the experienced team are committed to delivering high quality healthcare with a personal touch, that exceeds your expectations. We ensure that your pets stay healthy, and therefore most importantly, happy.
About us
We are one of the very few first opinion practices in Surrey to offer our own in-house, out of hours service. We offer appointments later into the evenings, on Saturdays and Sundays, at the standard consultation price. We will always see urgent patients on the same day, and are available for advice in person or over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We provide an exceptional standard of veterinary care to our patients and clients, in a professional yet personal manner – by delivering accurate diagnostics, compassionate treatment of animals, and client communication, whilst maintaining a pleasant and safe working environment. We treat each and every pet that we care for as we would treat our own.
Our Story
The Guildford Vet practice was established in Summer 2022 by Rob, Amber, Chris, and Lucy. Prior to this the site became a vets in the late 1970s. We have since undertaken a total refurbishment of the surgery, and have introduced new equipment, surgical techniques and improved parking. We are all excited by this new venture and aim to provide you and your pets with the best experience possible.
Rob pledges to cultivate a traditional, friendly ethos whilst still driving the business forward technologically and aesthetically. We will also be providing in house 24/7 care to deliver you the very best service.
