SUMMARY OF KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the statement below before proceeding to sign up.
The Pet Healthcare Plan is not an insurance policy. It covers all preventative treatment that your pet requires (vaccinations, wormers, flea products etc), but does not include consultations or diagnostics/treatment for illness or injury.
When you sign up to the Pet Healthcare Plan you are signing for a 12 month term. If you cancel your subscription prior to the end of this term, we will calculate the value of the payments you have made, and the value products/services used (at our standard pricing) and you will be liable for any difference. The 12 month term renews annually.
Please note that nail clippings as part of the Pet Healthcare Plan are only included at the time of vaccination and the 6 month health check. Outside of these consults, there is a fee to pay for nail clipping.
We will require that you sign up via our website for the 12 month period, and the first payment should be made prior to your first visit. This is so you can make use of the benefits straight away. If this payment has not successfully cleared with us prior to your arrival, we will ask for the first payment to be made in practice, which will then be kept as credit on your account for future non-healthcare plan use.
We reserve the right to suspend membership if you have any outstanding debt with us for any treatment or medication outside of our Pet Health Care Plan that is more than seven days overdue. Your membership will be reactivated once payment of the debt is made in full.
