The Pet Health Care Plans are a way to both reduce and spread the cost of routine preventative pet care over a year, however, these plans do NOT cover the costs of veterinary care for unexpected illness or injury to your pet. We recommend taking out separate pet insurance for any unexpected illness or injuries.

We have coupled up with Provetsurg, a peripatetic referral orthopaedic service headed by Nicci Meadows. This allows us to offer the highest standard of orthopaedic surgery in house. ProVetSurg provides an accessible in-house referral surgical service by certified surgical advanced practitioners. This enables clients to remain close to home, and pets to be treated in a familiar environment with vets and nurses that they already know. Surgical fees aim to be affordable for a wide range of clients.

When requesting more medication or food please give us at least 24 hours notice. The main reason for this is to allow us time to check whether the item is in stock, if it isn’t we can order it to arrive the next day and dispense it.
